2.1 A non-refundable deposit of £50 is mandatory upon booking, deducted from the treatment cost on the appointment day.
2.2 Elen Rivas Beauty Clinic necessitates a minimum 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Lack of notice and non-attendance nullify your booking refund.
2.3 The clinic won't secure a date for consultation or treatment without a booked appointment.
2.4 Arrival Time
Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment; lateness may result in rescheduling. If delayed, contact Elen Rivas Beauty Clinic. Arrival more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time may lead to cancellation.
2.5 Rescheduling without charge is permissible with at least 48 hours' notice.
2.6 No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit.
2.7 Exceptional circumstances may be considered for waiving charges, at the discretion of the clinic.
2.8 We reserve the right to cancel an appointment due to unavailability of practitioners or materials, or events beyond our control. Full deposit refund will be made.

3.3 Mobile phones are to be turned off or set to silent mode during visits. Unauthorised videography is prohibited.
